7:30 P.M.              Executive Session – Pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30a, Sec. 21(a) Clause 3 – To discuss strategy with respect to litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigation position of the public body and the chair so declares. – DEP Administrative Consent Order                               

Note: the BOWC’s will not resume into a Water Commissioner’s meeting at the conclusion of the Executive Session with the Board of Selectman.
