Review meeting minutes from Oct 21, 2019 meeting
Further discussion of concerns raised by SEPAC community members to the SEPAC board regarding ongoing issues within the district.
Discussion of future presentations and proposed dates for presentations to publicize.
Budget review of what funds we have and what funds are allotted to events
