2nd Floor Selectman’s Meeting Room, Town Hall, 173 Main Street, Groton
7:00 P.M. Call the Board of Water Commissioners Meeting to Order –in the Water Office (Note: the Water Office is located directly adjacent to the 2nd Floor Selectman's Meeting Room in Town Hall). The Board of Water Commissioners will move over to the 2nd Floor Selectman's Meeting Room in time to participate in the 7:30 pm executive session.
7:30 P.M. Executive Session – Pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30a, Sec. 21(a) Clause 3 – To discuss strategy with respect to litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigation position of the public body and the chair so declares. – DEP Administrative Consent Order. Roll call vote(s) will be taken.
Note: the BOWC’s will not resume into a Water Commissioner’s meeting at the conclusion of the Executive Session with the Board of Selectman.
